Did you see an earlier warning that applications for TVING's data-incident compensation would end on September 30? An announcement on September 29 opened another application window for affected members who have not applied. The two windows are separated by a gap, and a completed application cannot be changed. Here is the practical sequence.

Key points
- The original window ends September 30 at 23:59; the extra window for eligible non-applicants runs October 6 at 10:00 to October 30 at 23:59.
- Open the official app or website and check eligibility and submission under MY.
- Previous applicants cannot reapply or change their choice; staged distribution is scheduled from November 4 at 10:00.
Three-point summary
- The original window ends at 23:59 on September 30. A further window for eligible non-applicants runs from 10:00 on October 6 to 23:59 on October 30.
- Open TVING's official app or site yourself, sign in, and check eligibility and completion under MY → compensation application.
- Members who already applied cannot apply again or change their selection. Distribution is scheduled to begin in stages at 10:00 on November 4.
Is September 30 the final chance?
No. TVING announced on September 29 that affected members who missed the first window would receive a separate application period. Do not mistake it for one continuous period: the new window has not opened on October 1–5. If you miss tonight's cutoff, check the official screen after 10:00 on October 6. The announced second cutoff is 23:59 on October 30. Yonhap on the schedule · Newsis on eligibility
The extension does not mean automatic compensation for every account. It is for members identified as affected by the incident who have not applied. A member who already submitted does not gain a second selection. Even people in the same household should check each account separately.
Where can I check eligibility and submission?
Type `tving.com` yourself or open the TVING app instead of following a short link in a text message. After signing in, go to the compensation application page under MY, check eligibility, complete identity verification and submit. Newsis reports that customer service cannot submit an application on your behalf. If the menu is absent, check whether you signed into a different account or whether the second window has not yet opened, then consult the current TVING notices. This article cannot determine an individual's exposure.
For a hypothetical example, A applied on September 30 and cannot use the October window to switch benefits. B received an affected-member notice but did not apply; B can check MY again after October 6. Merely having a TVING account does not prove that B qualifies. Yonhap

What is offered, and when will it arrive?
Reported components include anti-hacking and phishing insurance, premium viewing features, TVING points and a Wavve pass. Do not assume this means an identical cash payment to every user. Each component has different conditions and validity dates. Premium viewing features are not a new free paid Premium subscription, and they do not remove ads from an ad-supported subscription. Newsis says the previous CGV discount coupon is unavailable in the extra application window. Check your own application screen for exact eligibility and choices. Newsis benefit details
TVING says distribution for the extra window will start at 10:00 on November 4, in stages. It does not promise delivery to every account at once. Check submission and delivery under MY. If a purported delivery notice arrives, verify in the app separately rather than entering passwords or codes through an outside link.

One action to take now
Check your own status in MY first. Reading a deadline headline does not establish automatic payment, and the word “extended” does not replace the conditions on your account. The September 29 announcement changed earlier September 30-only guidance, so revisit TVING's current notices before applying.
